COVID-19 Coronavirus Response

[UPDATE: April 21] Elmark will partially reopen on Monday April 27th, and anticipate a full reopening on May 8th, pending a final order from PA Governor Tom Wolf.

The US Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) has designated Sign & Graphics manufacturers as “essential” business and listed our industry as “critical infrastructure.” As such, we will begin taking new orders, in anticipation of Governor Tom Wolf’s May 8th target reopening date for the broader Pennsylvania economy.

Elmark plays a critical role in supplying much needed communication materials to healthcare providers, and other essential businesses.

New orders will be processed without any disruption or delay. We’ve implemented strict COVID-19 response guidelines to ensure the safety of our employees, clients, and suppliers including:

  • Staggered employee work shifts
  • Telecommuting
  • Designated work areas and vehicles, with strict social distancing guidelines
  • Glove and mask requirement for onsite workers
  • Daily disinfecting of work areas and all frequently touched surfaces such as workstations, keyboards, telephones, handrails, and doorknobs.

[March 24, 2020] In compliance with Pennsylvania Governor Wolf’s Executive Order, and for the safety and well-being of our employees, partners, and clients, we’ve closed our West Chester Office, pending further guidance from The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. New orders will not be accepted during this time.

To our neighbors, and community partners, we urge you to adopt the CDC guidelines to limit the spread of this virus. We must all do our part in mitigating the spread of this disease.

While these are trying and unprecedented times in our nations history, we have no doubt that we will emerge stronger and smarter in the aftermath of COVID-19.

Stay safe.
